As a general guide:

Teen- approx 12-13

XXS (NEW*) UK 4

XS- UK 6

S- UK 8

M- UK 10

L- UK 12

XL- UK 14

NEW SIZE XL+ - 16

Base Layers run small, and are a skin tight fit. This is due to the style. Please size up 1-2 sizes depending on how you like them to fit e.g tight to skin or looser.

If you are between sizes, we recommend you size up, due to the type of material. Due to the technical fabric used, leggings may look very small when they arrive. Please try them on as you will be amazed at how they stretch to fit. Our sizing is a little smaller to other brands, to ensure they do not move or slip down. The high waist band means they won't slip down even after lots of washes!

Sizing chart measurements are already doubled for the full circumference (waist and chest). E.G for waist, the measurements are doubled in cm for the the whole way around.
